OpenAI is expanding ChatGPT's healthcare capabilities with a new integration that connects Epic electronic health records (EHRs) to ChatGPT for Healthcare and a plugin that gives care providers access to public healthcare data sources.
The Epic integration lets clinicians bring patient information into ChatGPT to prepare for appointments, review a patient's history and identify changes in a patient's health over time.
