GIANT Health is delighted to welcome ChatHealth to GIANT Health 2026 as part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) Pavilion, where the team will demonstrate how secure digital messaging is improving access to healthcare services across the NHS.

As an award-winning NHS innovation, ChatHealth has been supported by both the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme. Today, the platform is used by more than 80 NHS organisations across England, supporting a wide range of services including school nursing, health visiting, mental health, sexual health, neurodiversity and specialist nursing teams.

ChatHealth provides NHS organisations with a proven, scalable solution that can be implemented across multiple clinical services within a single provider. Backed by an established implementation model and a growing community of practice, the platform helps healthcare organisations maximise the value of existing resources while improving communication between patients and clinical teams.

Designed to support the ambitions of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, ChatHealth enables services to improve accessibility, enhance operational efficiency and promote more equitable access to care.
