GIANT Health is delighted to welcome CareLoop to GIANT Health 2026 as part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) Pavilion, where the team will demonstrate how remote monitoring is helping people living with severe mental illness remain well in their communities while supporting NHS mental health services.

Mental health services continue to face increasing demand, with pressures on community teams, emergency departments and inpatient services. CareLoop has developed a remote monitoring solution designed to identify early signs of deterioration, enabling timely intervention that can help prevent relapse, reduce avoidable hospital admissions and support safer, more coordinated care.

CareLoop supports people living with severe mental illness by monitoring personalised indicators of wellbeing and identifying changes that may suggest an increased risk of relapse. By providing earlier insight into a person's condition, the platform helps clinicians intervene sooner, supporting continuity of care, safer discharge from inpatient services and improved long-term outcomes.

Delivered as a fully managed service, CareLoop combines innovative digital technology with clinical expertise. A specialist NHS remote monitoring team works alongside local mental health services, with dedicated Digital Navigators supporting patient onboarding, encouraging engagement, reviewing early warning signs and coordinating escalations when additional clinical support is needed.

Developed through more than a decade of clinical research and close collaboration with the NHS, CareLoop has been designed to address some of the most significant challenges facing mental health services today. The platform is an MHRA-registered medical device and has been recommended by NICE through the Early Value Assessment pathway, reflecting its potential to improve patient care while supporting more sustainable NHS services.
