Nigel Harris

Director of Innovation and Growth, West of England Academic Health Science Network

Nigel Harris was appointed as Director of Innovation and Growth of the West of England Academic Health Science Network in 2019. Previously, Nigel was CEO of the charity Designability and it's through this that he developed a passion for human centred design. Nigel’s professional background is as a Clinical Scientist, he has over 25 years’ experience of working in the NHS within Medical Physics and Bioengineering. He is an Honorary Professor at the Universities of Bath and West of England.
