Antony Rix

CEO and Co-Founder, Lucida Medical

Dr Antony Rix is passionate about finding cancer early. He successfully applied machine learning to perceptual quality of telecoms networks in the 1990s, gaining his PhD and building his first startup, Psytechnics. Following a decade in software consultancy for communications, signal processing and digital health, he returned to startups. Antony co-founded Lucida Medical with Prof Evis Sala from Cambridge University, to commercialise world-leading technology using AI and MRI to transform cancer screening and diagnosis.
