Frederike is Head of Plug & Play Munich across Insurance, Retail and Health. Plug & Play is one of the most active early stage VCs with over 300 investments last year. She is director of Startup Creasphere, a healthcare innovation platform by Plug & Play and Roche with the mission to transform healthcare where corporates and startups learn, share experiences and facilitate global expansion. Frederike has worked in 10 countries, a venture developer at Rocket Internet and Consulting at EY.
