Healthcare Investment
This event has been specially curated with Discovery Park, one of the UK’s largest and leading science and technology parks, to provide valuable insights into the ever-evolving investment landscape. Not only will attendees hear first-hand from seasoned investors and pioneering founders on the challenges and opportunities inherent in securing investment, but they’ll also get the chance witness a number of exciting early-stage companies take to the stage to showcase their innovations to the audience.

This year’s showcase event is the culmination of Discovery Spark - an 8 week programme designed to arm early-stage science and tech businesses with the tools needed for future success, particularly in the art of honing their pitch. The winner of the programme will secure a generous prize valued at over £100,000, including £50,000 investment, a year of free lab space at Discovery Park, and comprehensive business support.
However, Giant Health’s Healthcare Investment event will see a selection of the remaining companies use their newfound skills to impress the audience with their innovative ideas. The audience will select a second ‘Wildcard’ winner to secure free lab or office space at Discovery Park for one year, along with a wealth of business support.

This event is tailor-made for entrepreneurs and founders working in biotech, medtech, digital health and healthtech seeking to navigate the complex word of investment. It’s also a chance for investors to meet with founders developing new opportunities in these cutting-edge sectors
