Alio announces its latest round of funding. a medical technology company reinventing the management of chronic disease, announced it has raised $18 million in the initial close of a Series C financing, bringing the total amount the company has raised to over $50 million. Read more here.
The Swedish company Everdrone is launching a newly developed drone (E3) designed to enable both more frequent and faster deployments to emergency calls. The drone can also be equipped to carry both defibrillators and other emergency medical equipment.
