Takeover is largest-ever acquisition of a privately held UK artificial intelligence start-up.
Accenture has agreed to buy artificial intelligence company Faculty in a deal valuing the UK start-up at more than $1bn, as the consulting group attempts to adapt to disruption from AI.
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has become the first NHS organisation to sign a contract with System C to implement its CareFlow Ambient AI Outpatient Consultations module, with go-live planned for Summer 2026.
