Digital software company Patient Care System C has launched its new AI assistant – a new tool designed to revolutionise clinical documentation and patient care.
CareFlow EPR is built purely with the NHS in mind and facilitates clinical and patient safety throughout. System C’s responsible approach to AI adoption ensures that clinicians are required to review and accept the AI-assisted generated content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
North Bristol NHS Trust is currently running a Proof of Value trial with the CareFlow AI Assistant, across the emergency and the stroke department.
A study suggests that artificial intelligence (AI) showed comparable performance to dermatologists in detecting melanoma, with similar sensitivity and specificity in prospective clinical studies.
Experts often consider melanoma to be the most serious type of skin cancer due to the likelihood of metastasizing.
